- 12 Malpeque Oysters
- Modena Selection White Balsamic Vinegar
Gently scrub oysters with a small brush over running water.
Place oysters in 1 gallon of water salted with 1/3 cup of salt for approximately 15-20 minutes and repeat this procedure 2 more times with fresh water. This will make the oysters 'spit' out the sand inside.
Shuck the oysters - preferably with an oyster knife - and place them on a flat plate.
Put a few drops of Modena Selection White Balsamic Vinegar on each oyster and serve immediately.
