Balsamic Vinegar

Back in 1997, we imported our first 1000 liters of balsamic vinegar from Modena. It was a gift from our suppliers. Since then we have been fascinated with the flavors of balsamic vinegar. We set out, not only to increase the volume of the original balsamic vinegar we imported, but to improve on its flavor and bouquet. While we do not claim that our balsamic vinegar is "traditional", it takes a minimum of 20 years to produce traditional balsamic and only in the Modena area, we are proud of our Pizzico balsamic vinegar as being "a taste of Italy from Canada!" From our family to your table.

Our Pizzico 1997 balsamic vinegar is a symphony of flavours. Never too harsh or too sweet, never overpowering. It's smooth pleasant bouquet and taste make it ideal for a wide variety of dishes, including as a topping for vanilla ice cream as dessert (no it is not a misprint).
